I just made up the following very simple recipe for a mouthwash using myrrh essential oil:2 drops of myrrh essential oil to each 1 tablespoon of vodka
You add 2 drops of this mixture to a glass of water as a mouthwash. I've written more about the benefits of myrrh for the mouth in another post.
